Yin / Yin & Restore: slow down and relax with gentle pace, lots of long held floor based postures, using bolsters and other props, with time to be still, relax into the practice and breathe. All levels welcome.

Kundalini: a blend of movement, breath (pranayama), meditation and chanting, this beautifully spiritual form of yoga has a gentle but powerful focus on awakening energy held in the body. All levels are welcome.

Yogalates: blending the mindful flexibility of Yoga with the core-strengthening techniques of Pilates. This unique combination allows you to reap the benefits of both worlds, enhancing your physical and mental well-being. Beginners welcomed.
Healing Flow: a blend of traditional yoga with other movement forms such as dance and tai chi intended to promote healing, recovery and general wellbeing. All levels, excellent post illness or injury.

Energise & Grow
Strengthening practices inviting you to move and breath your way to peace and rejuvination.
Flow & Restore: a perfect balance of flowing vinyasa style sequences and still, introspective restorative and yin postures.

Vinyasa Yoga: Flowing sequences of asana (postures) often with a blend of both traditional and modern approaches. Tuning into the body-breath connection, this practice becomes a moving meditation.

Dynamic Vinyasa: Vinyasa, but kicked up a notch! With influence from the "stronger" styles of yoga such as Ashtanga, Power and Rocket, this is an energised practice that offers options for progression and challenge.
